As I read this I thought of movies and television shows where the music is a cue as to what is about to happen. It's not always pleasant, but there is always musical accompaniment to give a clue. I say, choose the CD you want playing in the background of your life and "hear" it ... especially when life isn't peaceful -- bring peace to yourself.
